[Programmer] How Long and How Much It Costs to Create a Shopify Website with Claudecode Assistance

The website, ineanplay.com, has been successfully launched. It is a platform dedicated to selling automatic OKEY tables. Before starting the project, I did some research on the potential costs. A former colleague quoted me 2,500 units (currency unspecified), while prices on second-hand platforms like Xianyu were around 700, and Taobao sellers quoted approximately 1,500.

Ultimately, I decided to try solving the problem using AI. I opted for Claude Sonnet 4.6, which provided me with a complete technical solution. The final plan involved utilizing specific technologies and tools suggested by the AI, culminating in the completion and launch of the website.

This experiment showcases how AI tools like Claudecode can significantly reduce both the time and cost associated with website creation. It also highlights the growing potential of AI in assisting individual developers and small businesses with technical projects.
